Hello Everyone! This is Amy - Michael showed me how to make a post. I just wanted to give a general THANK YOU to each of you. The amount of support that has been shown to me is unbelievable. As the updates have said I'm actually feeling really good. I expected this first round of chemo to be much harder than it was. The big news of the week is that I buzzed my hair pretty short in order to make the process of hair falling out a little less messy. Again thanks so much to everyone for the comments, cards, and all of the other things that I can't even begin to list here.

ReplyDeleteGreat to get a post from you. You sound good, so glad you are still feeling good and not having any problems. I know you were glad to get Michael back, and I'm glad he's there, too. He's a good nurse, very dedicated.
Your puppies were a little naughty today, liked to chew bark and tear up plastic bags. I guess they have to take out their frustration wondering where you are.

ReplyDeleteLoved hearing from you this weekend! Like others have said, your Dad and Michael are doing a super job of keeping all aware of your progress. Greg even succeeded in his effort to e-mail your picture. Sherry has the right idea - try out some colors and styles and have some fun. Wish we could visit to provide some distraction, but it is best that we keep our distance and not take a chance on spreading germs.
