Hi everyone! I'm still feeling great and I feel completely blessed this morning. The bowling tournament held for me yesterday was a huge success. I think everyone had a wonderful time and the fact that so many people gathered to support me is so uplifting. Thanks to Mike and Betty Layton, Lisa Maynard, Tina Payne, Gene Peters, area businesses, and many more. I am so greatful to all of you. Also Thanks to everyone who made baked goods and of course everyone who bowled. The only thing that disappoints me is that I could not be there.

Again many, many thanks!
Amy

  3. Glad to hear you had a good weekend with your dad, I'm sure he enjoyed his time with you. I hope this will be a good week for you. Even if it does rain, like we are expecting, everything is beautiful in it's own way. The tournament was great, people had fun, and you are loved. God is so good. Love you!

  4. We had a blast bowling, our team was Tim & me, Jack & Wanda Simpson & Ty Dobbs. Hollee and her friend Alea, she plays with Hollee at Roanoke and with the Scrappers also, were supposed to bowl but they had practice. Their practice was over at 5 so Hollee came straight to the bowling alley and got to bowl the 9th & 10th frames for me. I think the 1st 2 balls she threw were strikes!!!
We are so glad you are feeling so good and we really missed getting to see you when we were in Raleigh. But I think the events of the day worked out the way they were supposed to since Greg ended up being behind us coming home at the exact time Tim wasn't sure the GPS was taking us the route Greg had told us to go and we got to eat with him at Clarence's. He said I owed him since Danny rode with him from Martinsville to home but we had been with Danny since 8am!!!! So....I'm not sure who owes who??? (just kidding)
    We love you lots,
    Karen, Tim & Hollee
