This morning they scoped Amy's digestive tract. The only thing they found was irritation in her esophagus and stomach. They will put Amy on medication (pepsin) for a while and see if that helps. The nausea and vomiting are much better. She has been able to eat and drink some ( and keep it down). Hopefully , in another day or so, Amy can try going home again.

  2. Way to go, Amy! I knew you just needed another day or two to get adjusted to eating. I am sure when you get out you will be able to eat better and soon those ulcers will all be gone. Are you ready for some custard yet?
    Love you!

  3. Amy, Glad you've started feeling a little better again. Dr. Chao should have asked those nurses if you were ready to go before he sent you home. Sometimes they know more than the doctors. Hope the irratations in the esophagus and stomach clear up soon and you have no more nausea. I know Michael can't wait to fix you some of the meals you really like and get you stronger again. Will continue to keep you all in my prayers.

    Love to you all -
