I apologize for not updating sooner but there hasn't been much to say. Things are still very much the same except I am now on a Monday/Thursday schedule at the clinic so I only have to go twice a week. My magnesium and sodium are still low so I'm still taking the daily home infusions of magnesium in addition to a mag pill 3 times a day. I also have to start restricting my fluid intake to try to raise my sodium.

On the other hand, I feel great and I can really start to notice my energy level rising - especially if I've gotten a good nights sleep. I even went out to Barnes & Noble today with mom to pick up a few things. Michael flew out to Purdue last night and will be there until Friday so grandma is coming down for the week.

Thanks and Hugs to all,

  1. You sound great! Enjoy the days not spent at the clinic, and get your rest. It's nice that you are going out a little, that will boost your energy, spirits I'm sure. Have a good week. Love to all, Genie and Eddie

  2. Glad to hear all the things you're enjoying again - shopping with Mom, (Barnes & Noble is one of my favorites) Grandma's visit, and cooking, and more daytime energy with comfortable rest at night. God is good! You're always in our thoughts and prayers. Love you!

  3. Hi,
It was so good to spend this week with you and your mom. You look so good and I can tell you are feeling better by your smiles. I know you get tired easily, but that's going to get better.
PTL that your numbers were up Thurs., things are definitely improving. You have a long time to go for the year recovery time, but at least you won't have to stay in NC all that time. Just hang in there, you are doing extremely well.
    I love you,

  4. Amy Lucy, Hello chickie, we are all good here. Christian and Adam went for haircuts this morn while I cut the hay in the yard. Who ever heard of grass needing cut twice a week at the end of july. Alleghany beat Covington last night around 50-0, Pretty ugly. Glad I was working and couldnt go. We are fixing up a pop up camper that Mitch had, ordered a new canvas to put on it but it will take 4-5 weeks to get here. I think we will have fun with that. Glad your getting out some now. Thats much better than looking at walls all day, and will also help you get your strength. Take care, we will talk at you soon. Love CHRIS
